Spinbob

Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the use of the Spinbob platform and apply to every registered account. By creating an account, depositing funds or claiming a promotion, a player accepts the terms set out below in full. Spinbob reserves the right to amend these terms from time to time; material changes affecting active bonuses will be communicated by email ahead of taking effect.

Eligibility

Registration is restricted to individuals aged 18 or over. Spinbob verifies age and identity as part of standard KYC checks and reserves the right to suspend any account where age cannot be confirmed, voiding any related bonus funds and winnings pending verification. Residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted or prohibited are not permitted to register, and it is the player’s responsibility to confirm the legality of online gambling in their own location before creating an account.

Only one account per person, household and IP address is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balance may be forfeited, excluding the original deposited principal, which will be returned in line with standard closure procedures.

Account Verification

Spinbob may request identity documents (photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method) at any stage, though this is typically requested ahead of a first withdrawal. Withdrawals are paused until verification is complete. Submitting falsified or altered documents will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law.

Deposits and Withdrawals

ItemDetail
Minimum deposit£10 (cards, e-wallets), £20 (bank transfer)
Minimum withdrawal£20 (all methods)
Maximum single withdrawal£5,000 (standard tier)
Withdrawal processing2 hours to 5 business days depending on method

Withdrawals are paid back to the original deposit method where possible, up to the amount originally deposited via that method, with any remaining balance paid by an alternative supported method at the player’s choice. Spinbob does not charge a withdrawal fee, though third-party payment providers or the player’s own bank may apply their own charges outside Spinbob’s control.

Spinbob reserves the right to request additional source-of-funds documentation for withdrawals above £2,000 in a single transaction or £5,000 cumulative in a calendar month, in line with standard anti-money-laundering obligations.

Bonus Terms

The welcome bonus and any subsequent promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

  • Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times (currently 35x for the welcome offer) before any related winnings become withdrawable
  • A time limit applies to clearing the wagering requirement (30 days for the welcome offer); unused bonus funds and related winnings are removed from the account once this limit expires
  • A maximum bet limit applies while a bonus is active (£5 per spin or hand for the welcome offer); bets placed above this limit may void the bonus and any associated winnings at Spinbob’s discretion
  • Games contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slots 100%, table games 10%, live dealer games 5%, video poker 0%
  • Winnings generated from bonus funds are capped at a stated multiple of the bonus value (4x for the welcome offer)
  • Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated, and only one welcome bonus is available per player, household or payment method
  • Spinbob reserves the right to refuse or withdraw a bonus offer where bonus abuse, including the use of betting patterns designed to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements, is suspected

Fair Play and Game Rules

All games are powered by independently certified Random Number Generators (RNG), audited by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect theoretical long-run averages calculated over millions of simulated rounds and are not a guarantee of individual session results. In the event of a software malfunction, including incorrect payout calculations or display errors, all affected bets will be voided and the account restored to its state prior to the malfunction.

Account Closure and Self-Exclusion

Players may request account closure or self-exclusion at any time through support. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours (cooling-off) to permanent closure, and once confirmed cannot be reversed before the selected period expires, even at the player’s own request. Spinbob supports GAMSTOP registration for UK-based players seeking a cross-operator exclusion covering all UKGC-licensed sites.

Spinbob reserves the right to close or suspend an account at its own discretion where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, breach of these terms, or a legal or regulatory requirement to do so, with any uncommitted real-money balance (excluding disputed bonus funds) returned to the player.

Responsible Gambling

Spinbob provides tools to set deposit, loss and session limits directly from the account dashboard. Limit decreases take effect immediately; limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period, a standard safeguard against impulsive changes during a losing session. Reality check notifications appear by default after 60 minutes of continuous play, configurable down to 15-minute intervals.

Players concerned about their gambling, or that of someone close to them, are encouraged to contact GamCare or Gamblers Anonymous UK, both listed in the site footer alongside the National Gambling Helpline.

Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Complaints should first be raised through live chat or email support. If unresolved after Spinbob’s internal process (acknowledgement within 5 business days, resolution target of 14 days), UK players may escalate to the UK Gambling Commission’s approved Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider free of charge. Spinbob’s licence number and ADR provider details are available on request from support.

Limitation of Liability

Spinbob is not liable for losses arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues on the player’s side, third-party payment provider delays, or force majeure events. Nothing in these terms limits liability in ways not permitted under applicable consumer protection law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta and, for matters concerning UK-based players, the applicable consumer protection provisions of England and Wales, without prejudice to any statutory rights a player may hold under their local law.
